LessonsHave you ever wanted to get a front row teach from your favorite choreographers? Well then, this is your moment! Each lesson will be 45 minutes to one hour long. Social dancing will follow each workshop with that choreographer. All lessons will be done as live videos with the choreographer/instructor leading the live video with you ready to learn! They will stay posted on the Facebook group for you to go back and review as needed after too! If you have questions about Facebook, please check out that portion of the website by clicking in the menu above.

Social DancingA YouTube link will appear as a post following the Live Video in the Facebook Group. Clicking the link leads you to a YouTube playlist where the instructor will dance through a few songs of their choosing. Note: the YouTube socials are pre-recorded, but don’t worry, they will be dancing with you via the video. If you are mirroring to your smart TV via phone or iPad, make sure you click the three dots on the right and click Open in Youtube. These dances need to be pre-recorded because of licensing issues and videos muting on Facebook.

Step SheetsWe have asked choreographers to teach the best and newest dances they have. Not all of the dances taught during the weekend will have a step sheet readily available. The step sheets that are created can be found in the Files section of the Digital Dance Weekend 2 group after the dance has been taught. If the step sheet has not been released yet, you can look for it once the dance is officially released to the public. Remember, you may be getting to learn these dances before anyone else!

Be Social! We highly encourage interacting with others! Comment on the posts, reply to others, take photos of yourself at home taking lessons, etc. The more interactions the better!
